It is a mandatory condition for any journey designed by Perla Bespoke Travel that the client purchases a comprehensive and adequate travel insurance policy prior to departure. Perla Bespoke Travel does not offer insurance services or financial product advice. It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure their policy covers medical expenses, repatriation, cancellation, and personal loss. Perla Bespoke Travel accepts no liability for costs arising from a failure to insure or from insufficient coverage.

5. Role as Intermediary

The client acknowledges that Perla Bespoke Travel acts exclusively as a designer and booking agent between the client and third-party service providers (hotels, transport, experiences). We do not own, operate, or control these services. Therefore, we do not assume legal liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity caused by the act or omission of any external supplier.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
