My story
I am Andrea, a Spanish travel designer and the founder of Perla Bespoke Travel — a boutique studio dedicated to slow travel and quiet luxury. I specialize in crafting bespoke journeys across Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia, and the Pacific, always designing from a genuine, lived connection with each region.
Before founding Perla, I practiced as a lawyer. It was a chapter that provided me with structure, precision, and a deep sense of responsibility. However, I seized every opportunity to escape, feeling truly "myself" only when discovering new places and the people who inhabit them. Finally, I left my career, packed a single backpack, and set off to travel Asia on my own.
I moved unhurriedly through the region: exploring cities at dawn, taking night trains, and spending days simply observing the rhythm of each place. That journey marked a turning point. It taught me to listen, to be present, and to sense the soul of a destination far beyond what any guidebook can tell you.
Now based on the Gold Coast, I continue to explore Australia in depth and, from 2026, will expand to new corners of the Pacific. Between Europe, Southeast Asia, and these coasts, I focus on regions I know intimately and to which I always return. The journeys I design are born from this constant, personal connection, and from meticulously researched choices that respect how you truly want to travel.
Perla Bespoke Travel was born naturally from this path. Over the years, I became the reference for friends and family seeking something more curated than a standard package — trips that felt personal and crafted with intention. Their trust transformed a personal passion into what Perla is today: the design of itineraries for travellers who value time and detail, ensuring their experience is fluid, unique, and quietly unforgettable.

My philosophy
Designing from experience.
I firmly believe that to orchestrate a flawless journey, one must have walked the ground. The essence of Perla lies in creating experiences exclusively in regions I have personally explored and lived. From everything I have traversed, I filter and select only the exceptional, applying an aesthetic and quality criterion to offer you a curation that goes far beyond what can be found online.
The art of travel tailoring.
I do not believe in standard travel because no two travellers are alike. My philosophy is radically personal: listening until I decipher not just where you want to go, but how you want to feel. Whether it’s the adrenaline of jumping from a helicopter over the Pacific or the absolute silence of a private villa in Bali, the design adapts to your pulse, never the other way around.

To visit the world’s most beautiful corners is a privilege, not a right. At Perla, we understand that true luxury implies the responsibility to protect what we come to admire. Many of the ecosystems we explore are fragile, and our presence always leaves a mark.
My time spent underwater as a diver has deeply ingrained this in me: the most profound and authentic encounters happen when we are silent observers, never interfering, leaving little more than bubbles in our wake.
Therefore, Perla prioritizes respectful observation over intrusion. We partner with properties and guides who act as stewards of their environment, ensuring that our presence supports preservation rather than depletion. It’s about moving through the world gently, appreciating its beauty without needing to possess it. Because how we travel matters.

While the industry trends toward automation, I commit to craftsmanship. I intentionally limit my portfolio to a very small number of clients per year. This is not a marketing strategy, but a guarantee of quality: when you work with me, you get my absolute attention and an obsessive dedication to your project.

It begins with a conversation. While an initial inquiry form helps with the basics, the real magic happens during our discovery call. We dive deep into your travel style, your pacing preferences, your non-negotiables, and what truly moves you. This is where I listen between the lines to understand the exact experience you are craving.

Next, I enter my design phase. This isn't just research; it’s bespoke curation. I leverage my personal knowledge and local network to hand-select accommodations with character and private experiences that resonate with your vision. I design a preliminary proposal which we refine together until it fits you perfectly. Once approved, I execute every reservation with absolute precision and prepare your final itinerary: impeccably structured, clear, and easy to follow.
3. The Seamless Journey
Before you depart, you’ll receive your polished itinerary via an exclusive app. During your journey, I remain available in the background to provide seamless support or make last-minute adjustments if needed, ensuring you always feel accompanied and cared for. The result is a journey that feels fluid from start to finish; perfectly orchestrated behind the scenes so your only job is to be present and immersed in the destination.
